Ingredients:
3 eggs
1/2 lb butter
1 1/2 cup S.R.Flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 small cup honey
1 tspn mixed spice (cinnamon)
1 tspn ginger grounded
1 tspn vanilla essense
Cream butter and sugare, add eggs, then honey. Beat well.
Add flour & spices, mix thoroughty.
Place in greaced 8" tin.
Bake in moderate oven for 35 – 40 mins.
